Some Unpublished CRS Reports on Environmental Topics: Published

For years Congress has refused to publish the background reports it gets from the Congressional Research Service (CRS), and for years the Federation of American Scientists' (FAS) Project on Government Secrecy has published leaked copies.

Now there is a bill in Congress (H Res 727) that would mandate publication of the tax-funded reports. But it has gone nowhere.
