This webinar will feature expert panelists Tristan Ahtone from Grist, Victoria Tauli-Corpuz, former special rapporteur on the rights of Indigenous Peoples from the United Nations Human Rights, and Maurício Angelo, investigative journalist and founder of The Mining Observatory.

They will discuss Indigenous peoples and land rights, extractive industry impacts such as mining, oil and gas, among others, and the complexities, challenges and questions journalists often face when covering these topics.
