Ontario Feed-In Tariff Supply Chain Forum

Event Date:
April 19, 2011 to April 20, 2011

Following  last year’s sold-out event, the second Ontario Feed-In Tariff Supply Chain Forum will bring together key industry players and regulators to discuss the most pressing concerns facing Ontario’s wind and solar industries at this critical time in the program’s development.

  • When and if FIT projects will be connected  -  the status of grid expansion plans

  • The future of FIT: Will the program be supported beyond next October’s provincial election?

  • Is there enough manufacturing capacity in place to meet domestic content requirements?

  • Who else is thinking of setting up facilities in Ontario and who will supply them?

  • The long-term outlook for Ontario’s wind and solar industries: Will this province become a green manufacturing hub?

Over 70+ speakers are now confirmed to speak including leading wind and solar developers, suppliers, manufacturers, government representatives and renewable energy experts. The program includes a Q&A breakfast with the OPA – an hour long session with no presentations just a fully interactive discussion.
