Wealth of Environmental Science at AAAS Meeting

The 2009 annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), to be held Feb. 12-16, 2009, in Chicago, offers at least 67 sessions devoted directly to one aspect or another of the environment beat. Depending on your areas of interest, other sessions may also provide opportunities to learn and make contacts.

Among the topics covered will be climate change, energy, transportation, security, environmental diplomacy, politics, trade, environmental justice, disasters, sustainability, biodiversity, endangered species, food and agriculture, water, oceans, toxicology, and nanotechnology.
