Meet SEJ member Kylie Mohr! Kylie is an award-winning journalist based in Montana. She reports for High Country News, covering Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and the northern Rockies. Her work focuses on wildfire, wildlife, public lands and climate change. She cut her teeth in national newsrooms before spending three years as a Wyoming newspaper reporter and holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Montana. Her work has been published by outlets such as National Geographic, NPR, CNN, Hakai Magazine and E&E News/POLITICO, with recent work re-published by The Atlantic, WIRED, Mother Jones, Slate, Grist, Scientific American, Undark and Popular Science.
