Transitions Online (TOL), a non-profit media development organization based in Prague, offers several open courses. TOL specializes in practical training, working with an international team of respected reporters, editors and new media experts.

More than just theory, the Investigative Journalism course offers practical training. Learn to put together a piece of investigative journalism, use sources and build a publishable case.

Apply now for this course which will be led by Mark Schapiro, an award-winning journalist and the editorial director of the Center for Investigative Reporting. He will be joined by David Leigh, The Guardian's investigations editor and holder of numerous awards for investigative journalism, including the What the Papers Say "Investigative Journalist of the Year" and the British Press Awards "Investigative Reporter of the Year".
