The Indigenous Journalists Association (IJA) will host the Indigenous Media Conference (IMC), formerly known as the National Native Media Conference, at the Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, N.M., will be the venue for the Indigenous Journalists Association’s 2025 Indigenous Media Conference, Aug. 13-15.
IJA’s opening night reception will be held at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center on Wednesday, Aug. 13 and the Indigenous Media Awards will be Friday, Aug. 15. Conference registration will open in March 2025 with discounted early-bird rates for current members.
Call For Proposals
IJA is accepting program proposals through Feb. 3, 2025. In addition to breakout sessions, sponsors may propose an exclusive plenary session, which would be available to all attendees.
