"Border Wall: Trump Fights Greens' Victory At Supreme Court"

"The Trump administration is heading to the Supreme Court to fight an environmental lawsuit that halted construction of several border wall projects.

In an urgent motion Friday, Justice Department lawyers pushed to lift a lower court's blockade of emergency funding for new barriers on sections of wildlife refuges, national monuments and other public lands along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The Sierra Club filed the underlying case shortly after President Trump issued an emergency order in February transferring certain Defense Department money to pay for the wall."
