Google Crisis Response: Tools for Journalists Covering Natural Disasters

A super-storm, earthquakes, flooding, fire and typhoons. Natural disasters such as these are happening more often and becoming more severe. The National Press Foundation invites you to join us at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 13, to learn about Google tools that can add depth and breadth to your coverage when disaster strikes. Vanessa Schneider, Google's Geo Media Program Manager, will introduce the Google Crisis Response team and discuss how journalists can use the team's crisis tools to cover natural disasters.
