The Solutions Project’s Storybank

The Solutions Project’s Storybank is a multimedia resource for journalists interested in covering community-led climate solutions.

The Storybank features the stories of grassroots organizations that are working at the intersection of climate justice and other social challenges. 

Examples: 

  • As part of its Sustainable Square Mile Initiative, Blacks in Green is transforming Emmett Till’s childhood home on the South Side of Chicago into a zero-emissions museum honoring him and his family 
  • PUSH Buffalo’s Green Development Zone includes a Sustainable Workforce Training Center that creates pathways for disadvantaged communities to access high-quality careers in the green economy
