Dialogs for Water and Climate Change in COP 16

Event Date:
December 2, 2010

Adaptation: A Little Less Conversation and a Little More Action

This one-day event, taking place during the 16th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 16) in Mexico, is not about water or how water experts deal with technical issues. It is about managing water resources in a changing climate and about why policy makers and the media should care. It opens up a dynamic dialogue to advocate action that will include documentaries, debates, a town hall with the World Bank Special Envoy for Climate Change and a talk show with global personalities.
