"The Senate is set to vote on a bill providing aid for the Flint, Mich., water crisis and other threats to drinking water around the United States.

Senate leadership on Thursday queued up a Monday procedural vote on the chamber's Water Resources Development Act (WRDA), a $9.4 billion bill that authorizes waterway projects in the United States.

If the legislation passes that hurdle, the Senate is likely to vote on final passage of the bill in the coming week, too."
